Plan and billing
The Subscription page shows the plan you are on, your points balance, your payment method, and every payment you have made to uninvoice.app.
On demand
On demand is the pay-as-you-go plan. Instead of a monthly fee you keep a balance of points:
- Points are added 1:1 from your currency. Adding points is not available yet, so the balance is there but nothing tops it up for now.
- Points are your balance, not a payment for a period: they sit there until something spends them.
- Certain actions consume points. Issuing invoices is unlimited and free right now, so in practice you may never spend any.
Your current balance is on this page and on the dashboard, and every movement (top-up, consumption, adjustment) is listed with the balance it left behind.
Pro and Business
Pro adds room for five people, agent access, every analytical report type, report language choice and advanced invoice templates. Business removes the people limit and adds migration help and priority support. Both can be bought from the Subscription page.
On demand includes two full-access places: you and one trusted collaborator, such as your accountant. See Company settings before granting access.
Changing or cancelling a plan
When a plan is active, changing it follows simple rules:
- Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you are charged only the difference for the rest of the current period rather than a full new one.
- Downgrading and cancelling take effect at the end of the current period. You keep what you have paid for until then, and the page tells you the exact date. Until that date you can change your mind and keep the plan running.
Billing history
Every payment is listed with its date, amount, and status, and marked as a setup, recurring, or proration charge so an unusual amount is always explainable.
uninvoice.app invoices itself for these payments, so each completed one has a proper invoice you can download as a PDF for your own books.
