uninvoice.app documentation

uninvoice.app is a business admin app for freelancers, self-employed professionals, and small companies. It keeps your commercial records in one place: customers and suppliers, invoices and proformas, expenses and receipts, bank-account payment details, business dashboards, generated PDF reports, API tokens, and AI-assisted workflows that wait for human approval before changing anything.

For Spanish taxpayers, uninvoice.app also handles the Veri*Factu side of issuing invoices: compliant records, PDF markings, QR codes, hash chaining, and submission to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) once you have granted the required authorization.

What the app does today

  • Sales documents: draft invoices, issued invoices, corrective invoices, imported historical invoices, proformas, PDFs, numbering, payment instructions, and per-recipient template details.
  • Business records: customers, suppliers, expenses, receipts, bank-account details, balance snapshots, and company/account settings.
  • Insight and reporting: a dashboard plus background-generated PDF reports for business overview, VAT, profit and loss, client revenue, and expenses and suppliers.
  • Integrations and agents: an HTTP API, OpenAPI reference, MCP server, API tokens, and AI Audit approval for AI-driven mutations.
  • Spanish compliance: Veri*Factu authorization, invoice-record creation, AEAT submission, status tracking, and guidance for granting the power.

Where to start

  • New to uninvoice.app? Using uninvoice.app walks through the app one screen at a time: customers, invoices, expenses, reports, and the settings behind them.
  • Building an integration? The HTTP API covers authentication and conventions, the endpoint reference lists every operation, and the MCP server exposes the same capabilities to AI agents.
  • Established in Spain? Read the Veri*Factu guide to understand what gets reported, when reporting starts, and how to authorize uninvoice.app to submit records on your behalf.
  • Customizing invoice text? The template guide explains the supported Typst snippets, helper functions, and placeholders available on company and recipient templates.

This documentation is still growing, and each product guide is an introduction to its part of the app rather than an exhaustive manual.
