The declaración responsable of uninvoice.app
Royal Decree 1007/2023 requires the producer of an invoicing system to certify, in a signed statement called a declaración responsable, that the system meets article 29.2.j) of the General Tax Act, the regulation itself, and Order HAC/1177/2024.
uninvoice.app is produced by Curried Software S.L.U., so we are the ones who sign it. You do not sign anything, and there is nothing to file: this document is not submitted to the AEAT, and the AEAT keeps no register of approved invoicing software.

- Inside the app, under About uninvoice on your dashboard, next to the documentation link. It names the version you are running and links to the declaration covering it.
What it is for
Keep a copy. If the AEAT ever asks which invoicing system you use and whether it is compliant, this document is the answer, and you are the one expected to have it. You can also ask us for it directly, which is what the regulation entitles you to do.
Each version of an invoicing system is a distinct product with its own declaration. When we release a new version we sign a new one, and the previous declarations stay published: the one that matters for an invoice you issued is the one covering the version that issued it.
What it does not cover
The declaration is about our software, not about your use of it. Two obligations remain yours:
- Granting the AEAT power of attorney so we can report on your behalf. See Authorize uninvoice.app.
- Being ready by your own deadline: 1 January 2027 for companies subject to Corporate Income Tax, 1 July 2027 for everyone else. See Veri*Factu reporting.
