# Plan and billing

The **Subscription** page shows the plan you are on, the plans there are, your payment method, and every payment you have made to uninvoice.app.

![The subscription page: the current plan marked active, above the three plans in the ladder.](https://docs.uninvoice.app/assets/images/subscription-plan-f0c8da93a8ab16319cfe8666f3a2e4c7.png)

## Every feature is on every plan

There is nothing to unlock. Invoicing, proformas, expenses and receipts, every report type in the language you pick, per-customer invoice templates, agent access over MCP, the API and, for businesses in Spain, everything VeriFactu asks of you are all included on **On demand**, the free plan. VeriFactu only applies to companies incorporated in Spain and Spanish self-employed; businesses elsewhere get everything else on the same free plan.

So is every person you give access to. How many people work in your books is never a question of plan: your accountant working alongside you makes your records better, and charging per person would be charging you for that. See [Company settings](https://docs.uninvoice.app/guides/company) for granting access.

## What the paid plans add: our time

Every feature is already on the free plan, so what **Pro** and **Business** add is how fast you hear back from us. On demand has email support with no promised time. **Pro** replies to your email within two working days. **Business** replies by the next working day.

Neither is on sale yet, so both are marked "coming soon" on this page. When that changes we will say so before anything you are already using does.

## Changing or cancelling a plan

When a plan is active, changing it follows simple rules:

- **Upgrading** takes effect immediately, and you are charged only the difference for the rest of the current period rather than a full new one.
- **Downgrading** and **cancelling** take effect at the **end of the current period**. You keep what you have paid for until then, and the page tells you the exact date. Until that date you can change your mind and keep the plan running.

## Billing history

Every payment is listed with its date, amount, and status, and marked as a **setup**, **recurring**, or **proration** charge so an unusual amount is always explainable.

uninvoice.app invoices itself for these payments, so each completed one has a proper invoice you can **download** as a PDF for your own books.
